The Role

This is a role for someone who loves numbers, runs experiments, and treats every growth lever as something to be measured and improved. As Growth Marketing Manager at Ripik.AI, you'll own SEO strategy,



run A/B tests across campaigns and landing pages, analyse outbound performance, and build the dashboards that tell leadership how the growth engine is actually performing.

Key Responsibilities

Own SEO strategy — technical SEO, on-page, content optimisation, and the growing playbook for AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude).
Analyse outbound email campaign performance — open rates, reply rates, conversions — and continuously improve deliverability, targeting, and messaging.
Track outbound calling metrics — dials, connects, meetings booked, meeting-to-prospect conversion — and identify where the funnel leaks.
Design and execute A/B tests across campaigns, content, and landing pages — form fields, headlines, CTAs, layouts, and copy variations.
Develop and refine sales pitches and messaging for target personas — Plant Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Operations Managers across st
