About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Retention Marketing qualified to drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across our e-commerce business. In this role, you will own and optimize customer lifecycle marketing across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Website, and Mobile App, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business growth and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive customer retention initiatives across Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Website, and Mobile App.
Develop and optimize customer lifecycle strategies to improve engagement, repeat purchases, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Plan, execute, and optimize CRM and retention campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams.
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and funnel metrics to identify opportunities and generate actionable insights.
Design and execute A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance, customer journeys, and conversion rates.
Build and optimize customer segmentation,



personalization, and lifecycle journeys across multiple touchpoints.
Monitor and report on key retention metrics, including repeat purchase rate, customer engagement, churn, conversion, and LTV.
Recommend and implement data-driven initiatives to improve customer experience, retention, and overall business performance.
Collaborate with Consumer Experience, Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to execute growth initiatives.
Stay up to date with industry trends, CRM technologies, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
What We're Looking For
3–15 years of experience in Retention Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or E-commerce.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, segmentation, and personalization.
Hands-on experience managing Email, SMS, Push Notification, and CRM campaigns.
