Basic Function

To ensure that site Maintenance activities in Sinnar plant comply with current and future legal and regulatory requirements and with Lyondellbasell policies and procedures.
To have strong sense in HSE and comply with Site HSE procedure.
To have robust awareness in 5S.




He needs to enhance his ability in PCMA technology in the equipment and facility continuously and train the maintenance technician.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to the company’s HSE policy and procedures and within Indian legislation
Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out at maximum efficiency, promote improvement in work practices led to better HSE performance, quality and achieved the maintenance KPI’s
Develop and implement a Preventive Maintenance Plan and Predictive Maintenance plan for related equipment
Maintain records and documentation for equipment, spare parts and performance records necessary to keep the plant performance at a high level
Provide technical support to solve the Equipment Emergency fault and organize the technicians to analysis and find out the root cause of the failure.
