Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Consultant with 6-7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms to improve customer engagement, sales productivity, and service excellence. This role is critical in helping clients optimize customer relationship management processes, automate workflows, enhance business visibility, and maximize ROI from Salesforce investments.





Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Solution Design & Implementation
Design and configure Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and upgrade projects.
Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud applications.
Design and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, page layouts, and Lightning apps.
Configure workflows, approval processes, Flow automation, assignment rules, and escalation rules.
Develop functional specifications and user stories for business requirements.
Participate in solution design reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
Support data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
Assist in Salesforce environment management including sandbox strategy and deployment planning.
