About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Head to oversee our organization's IT department. The IT Head will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our IT infrastructure, systems, Application management and operations. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of IT services and solutions in alignment with business objectives.

What We Expect From You
Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage and supervise the IT team, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, systems, and software applications.




Ensure the security and integrity of the organization's data and information systems.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and investments to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address technology needs and requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring optimal service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Develop and manage the IT budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial targets.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on the organization's IT strategy.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on IT performance, projects, and initiatives.

The Successful Applicant must to have:
Built and maintained an IT Infrastructure for minimum of 3-4K users
Strong expertise in Enterprise Routing and Switching Workplace, 3 layer Network Architecture and Wirel
