About the Role

Edify Education is seeking an experienced and visionary Principal Advisor to lead academic excellence across multiple schools. We're looking for a seasoned school leader with extensive experience in CBSE and Cambridge curricula , who can mentor principals, drive academic quality, and implement best educational practices across the network.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic academic leadership to multiple CBSE and Cambridge schools.
- Mentor and coach Principals, Vice Principals, and academic leadership teams.
- Ensure effective implementation of CBSE and Cambridge curriculum frameworks.
- Develop and monitor academic standards, assessments, and teaching-learning practices.
- Conduct school academic audits and recommend improvement strategies.
- Drive teacher training, leadership development, and qualified learning initiatives.
- Monitor school performance through data analysis, classroom observations, and student outcomes.
- Support schools in curriculum planning, compliance, accreditation, and inspections.
- Lead innovation in pedagogy, digital learning, and student engagement.
- Collaborate with management to achieve organisational academic goals.

Eligibility




- Master's Degree in Education or relevant discipline (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Principal in reputed CBSE and/or Cambridge schools.
- Strong understanding of curriculum design, assessments, and academic governance.
- Proven experience in mentoring school leaders and managing multiple campuses is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel across schools as required.
