Role Description:

The Pricing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

This position is responsible for preparing freight quotations, rate proposals, and cost sheets for domestic and international shipments, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing.

The role involves analyzing carrier tariffs, contracts, and market trends, coordinating with sales and operations teams to understand customer requirements, and updating pricing databases and rate agreements.

The Pricing Executive will also communicate pricing details to internal stakeholders,



support bid and tender responses, track conversion rates, and recommend pricing strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications:

- Ability to analyze costs, tariffs, and margins, with strong numerical and Excel skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations, especially in ocean, air, and road transport.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with sales, operations, and external partners.
- Having well-established connects with all major carriers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing quotations, rate sheets, and documentation.
- Capability to work in a rapid-paced environment, manage multiple requests, and meet tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in pricing, sales support, or commercial roles in logistics is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort with standard office software and pricing tools.
