Coordinate with overseas agents, airlines, co-loaders, transporters, CHAs, and vendors for rates and shipment movement. Handle end-to-end Air Import & Export Coordination , including bookings, documentation, cargo movement, and delivery.

Prepare and verify MAWB/HAWB, AWB instructions, invoice, packing list, SLI, COO, DG declaration, pre-alerts , and other shipment documents. Track shipments, coordinate flight schedules, cargo uplift, arrival, customs clearance, and delivery. Analyse market rates, fuel costs, surcharges, competitor pricing, and ensure profitable pricing.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and overseas agents for smooth shipment execution. Negotiate freight rates with airlines, agents, and vendors and maintain updated rate sheets. Resolve pricing, documentation, and operational issues promptly.

Maintain quotations, shipment records, rate sheets, and daily MIS. Ensure compliance with IATA, customs, airline, and international freight forwarding regulations .
