- Setting up the Dies &
- Punches to form and shape sheet metal components based on the material thickness, type and bending force requirement standards.
- To load and unload materials to and from the machine and must be able to adjust machine settings to achieve the desired results
- Maintain accurate records of production data
- Responsible for safe and effective operation of press brake machines
- Inspect and maintain machine for conformance with safety requirements
- Inspect all manufactured parts following work in process inspection methods and ensure to accomplish engineering specifications
- Perform Daily &
- Weekly Maintenance of machine
Skills / Requirements
- Diploma or Equivalent qualification required
- Ability to read, follow and document work instructions, SOPs and training documents
- Knowledge of various tooling
- Mechanical Aptitude
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20kgs bend and stoop
- Adherence of safety standards
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Must possess minimum 3years experience in CNC Press Brake/Bending Machine

- Benefits
- Salary – Rs. 22,000/month to Rs. 30,000/month
- Regular Employment 9am to 6pm job with 1hr rest intervals
