Site Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the on-site planning, coordination, and execution of pump storage projects. This role ensures seamless alignment with organizational goals while managing in office resources, supervising contractors and vendors, managing key stakeholders (internal and externals), mitigating risks, and monitoring project progress to ensure successful, timely, and cost-effective project delivery at the site.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Execution
Oversee all site activities from pre-construction to commissioning.
Ensure alignment with project plans, approved drawings, method statements technical specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth execution.
Maintain a dynamic risk register and ensure regular updates based on project progress and stakeholder inputs.
Identify potential risks (technical, financial, environmental) and develop mitigation strategies.

Project Performance & Budgeting
Monitor project milestones, cost performance, and resource utilization.
Implement corrective actions to address deviations from budget or schedule.
Timely reporting of project performance dashboards and financial reports to the management.
Safety and quality at Project Site
Enforce robust safety and quality management systems across all site operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety norms and internal quality standards.
Conduct regular safety audits, toolbox talks, and quality inspections.
Drive a culture of zero harm and continuous improvement in workmanship.
Identify potential hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions based on safety and quality observations.
Facilitate training programs to enhance awareness and accountability among site personnel.
