Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Storage Administrator to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise storage infrastructure across on-premises and hybrid environments. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Hitachi and Dell EMC Block/File Storage, storage migration, backup and recovery, replication technologies, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
The candidate will work closely with infrastructure teams, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and highly available storage solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, administer, and support enterprise storage solutions.
Manage and maintain Hitachi and Dell EMC storage environments.
Perform storage provisioning, allocation, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve storage-related incidents and service requests.
Implement and manage storage replication, backup, disaster recovery,



and business continuity solutions.
Execute storage migration activities in heterogeneous storage environments with minimal downtime.
Ensure data integrity, availability, security, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Configure and manage SAN, NAS, DAS, and Object Storage environments.
Manage storage protocols including Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB/CIFS.
Collaborate with application, server, virtualization, cloud, and database teams for infrastructure integration.
Perform root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions to recurring issues.
Develop and maintain storage architecture, SOPs, operational documentation, and technical runbooks.
Participate in technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture decisions.
Implement storage monitoring and management tools for proactive infrastructure management.
