Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in Manjeri/Calicut. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential and commercial architecture and interior design sectors, including lead generation, prospecting, and building a qualified pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with potential clients,



understanding their design and project requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with the design team to align solutions with client expectations. The role involves maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, managing follow-ups, and supporting negotiations to close projects. The Business Development Manager will also conduct basic market research, support brand-building activities, and collaborate on marketing materials and presentations that reflect the firm’s design capabilities and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, ideally within architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries.
Solid client relationship management skills, including the ability to understand client needs, present solutions clearly, and manage follow-ups and negotiations.
