Position Overview
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring the highest standards of service, and contributing to the overall success of Moonfleet Manor.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a similar role, a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, and the ability to lead a team to success.
This a permanent role, at 45 hours per week (including weekends), with an annual salary of £32,000, plus generous service charge and a brilliant benefit package.

Assisting in the management of day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Supervising and training staff to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate preparation of food orders.
Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
