System Integration:
· Elementary knowledge of System Requirement capturing
· Awareness of concepts w.r.t requirement collection, ICDs studies, system design, standards, LRUs, Harness etc.,
· Real time Program and Project exposure on Systems Integration
· Documentation of LRU level ICDS, - Mechanical , SW, Electrical , Structural etc..
· Basic familiarization of Simulation , system validation and test cases for Standalone /Integrated modes of testing / Testing to specifications and integration test cases

Configuration Management and Documentation (GITHUB, SVN, IBM Doors etc ..)
· Good understanding of the configuration management, Base lining etc.
· Documentation of Configuration - VDD and document version / access control and storage on Server (CCM/ RM)

Electrical:
· Design: Schematics, Layout dwgs, loom design, connectors and cables, Harness design tools
· Earthing, bonding, Grounding, continuity, megger etc .
· Fabrication: Harness making, routing
· Valuable understanding and design approach to electrical drawing, hardware safety and hardware standard (DO 160)




· Knowledge of electrical wiring standards IS732, safety standar AS22759, MIL-W-22759
· Knowledge of the MIL-STD-810, DO-160, MIL-STD-461G)
· Knowledge of Electrical Components , Signal -integrity , Noise , filtering, isolation, conversion, conditioning,
· Knowledge to understand and interpret, wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, ladder diagrams, Power Distribution
Architecture, elements and networks, of various LRUS and systems

Lab equipment maintenance and Reworks
· Crimping and Soldering, grounding and earthing, harness testing, continuity, megger etc ..
· Good understanding of the hardware safety, hardware standards (DO 160), Lab 5S activity, handling power supply, scope,
LRUs and calibration
· Has through knowledge of Lab equipment on latest technology and application of equipment’s such as signal analyzers,
thermal recorders, testers, megger, milliohm meter clamp on meter, vibration analyzers, power
