What You'll Do
As Portfolio Lead, you'll own a dynamic portfolio of banking and financial institution partnerships,
driving the growth and performance of accounts that deliver affordable water and sanitation financing to families who need it most. You'll combine the strategic instincts of a portfolio leader with the relationship depth of a banker — shaping partner strategies, clearing the path for your team, and translating market opportunities into real-world impact.
Lead a High-Impact Portfolio: Oversee planning, performance, and financial targets across a complex portfolio of institutional partnerships focused on expanding access to water and sanitation finance
Drive Partnership Growth: Engage senior decision-makers at banks, microfinance institutions, and enterprises to sustain year-over-year growth of both new and existing accounts
Shape Strategy, Solve Problems: Assess and prioritize opportunities across the portfolio, align plans to regional goals, and serve as the first point of escalation when your team needs a path cleared
