The Joyful Chest is a premium gifting and lifestyle brand focused on creating thoughtfully curated gift boxes and memorable gifting experiences. We are building an omnichannel brand through our Shopify store, corporate gifting, retail partnerships, pop-up events, and digital channels.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Growth Manager who can help build the brand from the ground up by driving sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue across online and offline channels.
Develop and grow the corporate gifting business.
Identify and onboard retail stores, boutiques and channel partners.
Build relationships with apartment communities, event organizers and exhibition partners.
Identify recent business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
E-commerce Management
Manage and grow the Shopify store.
Optimize product listings, collections and customer experience.
Improve website conversion rates.
Monitor sales performance and customer behaviour.
Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.
Digital Marketing
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Coordinate influencer marketing and creator collaborations.
Execute WhatsApp, email and social media campaigns.
Build festive campaigns for Rakhi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year and other occasions.
Work closely with designers, photographers and content creators.
Brand Growth
Develop customer acquisition strategies.
Increase repeat purchases and customer retention.
Build referral and loyalty programs.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing and product trends.
Recommend new product categories and gifting collections.
