High level Requirement
Experience with Service Now ITSM and ITAM suite of applications
Experience working in an Agile software development and Software quality assurance environment
Experience with Manual and Automation testing
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in related field
Responsibilities :
Create and maintain test cases/scripts for manual and automation testing
Develop test automation solution across multiple platform (Web, UI, API)
Perform Functional, SIT , Regression, Performance testing
Clearly communicate issues/ defects/risks to appropriate resources in a timely manner
Collaborate and work closely with Developers to design specific testing strategies for the features being developed and automate them .
Outstanding attention to detail and ability to identify , isolate and document defects.
Collaborate with team members, coach, provide guidance and assist to upskill junior team members
