Role: Production Head - Vehicle & Battery
Location: Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar (Aurangabad)
Reporting to: Plant Head

About the Role and Team:
This role is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end manufacturing operations of EV 2 wheelers and battery packs. As Production Head - Vehicle & Battery you will serve as the strategic and operational head of the production unit, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and shop-floor execution.
The primary mandate is to optimize resources (manpower, machinery, material) to meet TAKT times while driving the modernization of the production line through Industry 4.0 and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Success in this role is defined by strict adherence to safety (EHS), rigorous quality control (Six Sigma/Lean), and P&L; ownership for the production unit.

Providing Leadership: Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and production targets for Battery packs.
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily shop floor operations, ensuring resources (manpower, machine,



material) are optimized to meet TAKT time and delivery schedules.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize KPIs, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and real-time production data to make informed decisions regarding capacity planning and resource allocation.
Driving Success: Take ownership of P&L; for the production unit, managing operational costs (OPEX) and reducing wastage.
Digital Manufacturing: Champion the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and automation to modernize the production line.
Process Control and Improvement: Monitor process parameters rigorously to ensure consistency in battery performance and safety.
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM): Drive TPM initiatives to maximize machine uptime, implementing autonomous and planned maintenance schedules.

Experience and Qualifications:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Indust
