Role Summary
Deloitte is looking for an experienced SAP Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HCM Time Management (Positive Time Management). The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Time Configuration, PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules), Schemas, CATS, Absence Management, and AMS Support projects. The candidate should be capable of resolving production issues, implementing configuration changes, and supporting clients in a fast-paced AMS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain SAP HCM Time Management solutions.
Design, modify, and troubleshoot Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
Develop and maintain Time Schemas.
Configure Positive Time Management processes.
Work on Time Evaluation and Time Recording.
Configure Absence Quotas, Absences, and Attendances.
Support Cross Application Time Sheet (CATS).




Analyze and resolve Time Management production issues.
Perform configuration changes as per business requirements.
Participate in testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT.
Work in AMS (Application Management Support) projects.
Coordinate with business users for issue resolution.
Work using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, HP ALM, or Remedy.
Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Collaborate with Payroll and HCM teams whenever required.
