What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end development of web applications, APIs, and internal platforms.
Design scalable application architecture, database structures, APIs, and integration workflows.
Build robust, production-ready applications using PHP, Python, Node.js, and modern frontend technologies.
Leverage AI development tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, Replit, Lovable, and similar platforms to improve development speed and quality.
Build and integrate AI-powered features and LLM APIs into production applications.
Review code, mentor junior developers, and drive engineering best practices.




Collaborate closely with Product, Business, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software.
Ensure engineering quality, application performance, security, scalability, and production stability.

What We're Looking For

3–4 years of hands-on software development experience.
Solid expertise in PHP, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and third-party API integrations.
Experience with ReactJS or VueJS.
Working knowledge of AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD, Docker, Linux, and PowerShell.
Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable application development.
Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of the software development lifecycle.
