About the role
We are looking for an IT SME who can provide IT business partnering for our Supply Chain Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis business functions. You will be responsible for managing the IT solutions and services related to SAP CO and Consolidation topics such as SAP Controlling (Supply Chain Finance and Financial Planning and Analysis). You will also be responsible for vendor management and stakeholder management, ensuring the alignment of IT and business objectives and the delivery of high-quality IT products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall architecture in SAP Controlling (Product Costing/Actual Costing, CCA and COPA being the focus areas), Internal/Management reporting and consolidation items.
Gather business requirements for finance solution developments and ensure the delivery of subsequent changes.
Build and maintain robust working relationships with key finance solution vendor contacts, finance process leads and other key finance team members.
Support the delivery, operation, and regular upgrade of finance solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Finance, ensuring it remains aligned to the current and future business needs.
Effectively communicate changes, upgrades, and enhancements to stakeholders, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
Ensure that the Finance IT development and application management services are delivered in accordance with all contractual SLAs and business expectations.
Support regular Finance IT performance management meetings with key business stakeholders to drive performance improvements within the IT team and software vendors.
Maintain a view of future solution functionality and aligned technologies that would enhance, simplify, or delight experience for our business stakeholders.
