About the Role:

BotLab Dynamics is looking for a highly driven Marketing Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, content strategy, brand communications, and paid advertising, preferably across international markets.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn marketing, strong content and storytelling skills, and experience supporting business growth through marketing campaigns, business presentations, industry partnerships, and strategic initiatives. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and business acumen to help strengthen the company's global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute multi-region social media campaigns across major platforms.
Create and manage content calendars tailored to different audiences and geographies.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content.
Stay updated on platform trends, emerging formats, and audience behavior.

Content Marketing & Thought Leadership




Develop content highlighting company milestones, projects, innovations, and industry insights.
Support leadership branding initiatives through LinkedIn and other qualified platforms.
Maintain a consistent content pipeline aligned with business objectives.

Business Presentations & Marketing Collateral
Create high-quality business decks, client presentations, proposals, pitch documents, and marketing collateral.
Support sales, partnerships, and leadership teams with customized presentations.
Ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines and positioning.

Marketing Campaigns & Brand Building
Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Assist in campaign ideation, content planning, launch execution, and reporting.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for campaign delivery.
