We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of strategic growth and market expansion. This role is ideal for a high-impact business leader who combines robust commercial acumen with technological expertise and has a proven ability to scale investor-backed businesses. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader, an exceptional people manager, and a process-driven executive capable of transforming organizations into high-performing, customer-centric businesses.
You will be responsible for defining the company's long-term vision, driving sustainable revenue growth, optimizing operations, and building a culture of innovation and accountability. The ideal candidate should have successfully led revenue-generating organizations, managed full P&L; ownership, and sold enterprise solutions to large organizations, particularly targeting HR leaders, CHROs, CXOs, and CEOs.
Key Responsibilities




Define and execute the company's overall business strategy, vision, and long-term growth roadmap.
Own complete P&L; Management, ensuring sustainable profitability, operational efficiency, and financial discipline.
Drive aggressive revenue growth by expanding enterprise customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
Lead and mentor cross-functional leadership teams across Sales, Product, Technology, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
Build scalable organizational processes, governance frameworks, and performance metrics that enable rapid business growth.
Partner closely with investors and the Board to communicate company performance, strategic priorities, and future growth initiatives.
