Roles and responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to design engaging and interactive digital learning
for KPMG UK. The learning solutions should be innovative, engaging and help
learners retain and use what they've learnt in their daily roles and
responsibilities.

1. Understand business problems and learner profiles to design a learning
solution and its evaluation methodology
2. Design new or refresh existing digital learning programmes (elearning,
animated videos, games)
3. Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and onshore stakeholders to ensure
that the learning design meets the learning objectives and key success criteria
4. Build effective relationships with on-shore and off-shore teams (other
instructional designers, learning developers, graphics and video experts,
project managers)



to build visually engaging and interactive learning content
5. Project manage the learning design and development lifecycle from conception
through to deployment and go-live. In the event of scope changes, risks, and
issues, mitigate and provide transparent directions to learning, graphics and media
developers.
6. Ensure published content meets technical design and functional requirements
7. Review and/or update existing learning content as per post course evaluation
8. Ensure all learning projects are executed as per agreed team processes and
methodologies
