Role Description The Senior Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul,



responsible for delivering end-to-end travel consultation and exceptional service to individual, group, corporate, and franchise customers. This role involves meeting clients to understand their travel preferences, designing tailored itineraries, and recommending suitable destinations, packages, and add-on services. The Senior Travel Consultant will coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and insurance, while ensuring accurate reservations, documentation, and compliance with visa and travel requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing bookings through GDS or online platforms, handling changes and cancellations, responding promptly to inquiries, and resolving service issues with a customer-centric approach.
