Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, in office Business Development Representative / Account Executive based in Mumbai. This role owns the lead generation activities, from identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to closing deals to some extent and ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding.




Core responsibilities include generating leads through research and proactive outreach, engaging prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. The role also involves building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating closely with our technical team to ensure successful client onboarding. The successful candidate will maintain accurate sales records, consistently meet or exceed targets, and provide regular market and customer insights to support the company's broader growth strategy.
Qualifications
Strong inside sales and lead generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and outreach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with confident, client-facing presence.
