POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Manager – SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) is responsible for leading the design, implementation, optimization,



and support of SAP OTC solutions across the enterprise. This role serves as the functional lead for SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and related OTC processes, partnering with business stakeholders to drive digital transformation, process standardization, system enhancements, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP OTC processes, robust leadership capabilities, and experience managing large-scale SAP implementations and support organizations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

SAP OTC Solution Leadership
Lead the SAP OTC function and act as the primary subject matter expert for Order-to-Cash processes.
Define and execute the SAP OTC roadmap aligned with business objectives.
