The Transformation leader will lead strategic client engagement, solution architecture, proposal development, and business growth initiatives across the Medical Devices & Life Sciences vertical. The role translates client challenges into differentiated engineering, digital, AI, quality, and regulatory-compliant solutions that drive bookings, revenue growth, and customer impact.
This role is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving business growth, client engagement, and AI-led solutioning across the Medical Devices & Life Sciences sector. The leader will partner with sales, delivery, and practice teams to shape and win large strategic deals by translating client challenges into creative engineering, digital, quality, regulatory, and AI-enabled solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, the role combines deep domain expertise, consultative selling, solution architecture, and commercial acumen to develop compelling value propositions that improve productivity,



accelerate innovation, strengthen compliance, and deliver measurable business outcomes. The leader will shape complex deals, conduct discovery workshops, develop business cases, and create compelling client value propositions aligned to innovation, productivity, compliance, and measurable ROI.
In addition to leading end-to-end presales, proposal development, and pursuit governance, the role will champion AI-first transformation strategies across engineering, software, regulatory, manufacturing, and product lifecycle domains.
