We're a design & build firm looking for an experienced, retired finance qualified to guide our financial planning as we scale up new projects.
What you'll do
• Plan and structure project finances — budgeting, cost estimation,



and cash flow planning for upcoming design & build projects
• Advise on funding options, working capital management, and cost control across project cycles
• Support business development and broking activities — evaluating deal viability, client proposals, and commercial terms
• Liaise with banks/NBFCs for project financing, credit lines, or working capital needs
• Review vendor contracts and payment structures from a financial risk standpoint
• Mentor our internal accounts team on best practices and compliance (GST, TDS, statutory filings)
Who we're looking for
• Retired professional (banking, corporate finance, or PSU background preferred) with 20+ years of finance experience
• Strong understanding of project-based costing, ideally in real estate, construction, or infrastructure
• Comfortable working part-time/flexible hours — 2–3 days a week or as project needs arise
• Based in or around Hyderabad, available for occas
