Job Summary
Looking for experienced Workday HCM Technical Consultants to develop, integrate, and support Workday solutions across enterprise HR systems. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday integrations, reporting, and technical configurations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and support Workday Integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Integration Cloud
Design and maintain inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
Work with SOAP/REST APIs, XML, XSLT, and Web Services
Develop custom reports, calculated fields, and data extracts
Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize performance
Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and production support activities
Collaborate with functional teams to understand and deliver business requirements




Requirements
4–9 years of experience in Workday HCM Technical
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Integration Services
Experience in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Security
Knowledge of XML, XSLT, REST/SOAP Web Services, and APIs
Experience integrating Workday with Payroll, Benefits, and third-party applications
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Workday Integration Certification
Experience with PICOF, PECI, CCB, and Cloud Connect Integrations
Exposure to Workday HCM modules such as Employee Central, Compensation, and Advantages
Experience in Workday implementation and support projects
Knowledge of Agile methodologies
