The Solution Sales Specialist – AWS is responsible for driving growth of SoftwareOne’s AWS reseller business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts. The role focuses on Large Enterprises, SMBs, ISVs, Startups, and Greenfield customers, selling AWS licenses, services, and cloud transformation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and grow customers on AWS
Advise customers on cloud adoption, optimization, and value creation
Sell AWS licenses, services, and solutions
Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and AWS on co‑selling and GTM initiatives
Drive AWS programs and targeted marketing activities
Job Requirements
Solid understanding of AWS business value, including scalability,



cost efficiency, security, and speed of innovation
Experience working within AWS partner/reseller ecosystem and supporting co-sell or partner-led engagements
Ability to translate business requirements into AWS-based technical solutions
Hands-on experience building AWS pricing models, cost estimates, and TCO analyses
Strong consultative selling, stakeholder management, and collaboration with senior decision-makers and cross-functional teams
