Position Overview
ISG is seeking a leader to serve as Research Director for Marketing Technology, with expertise across software domains including, CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, SEO/GEO and related systems. This role will guide ISG’s consulting, advisory, research, and thought leadership portfolio in these areas, helping enterprises optimize people, processes, information, and technology.
The Research Director will drive market research of enterprises, software providers, and products to deliver high-quality insights and ensure the strength of ISG Research offerings.
