Discover the human truths that inspire exceptional creative work.
Decode markets, consumers, competitors, and culture to uncover strategic opportunities.
Craft inspiring creative briefs that ignite breakthrough ideas.
Build brand positioning,



communication strategies, and campaign narratives across multiple touchpoints.
Work closely with Creative, Client Servicing, Digital, and Leadership teams to shape integrated campaigns.
Present ideas with confidence, clarity, and conviction to clients and internal stakeholders.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and transform learnings into sharper strategic thinking.
Keep a pulse on emerging trends, changing consumer behaviour, technology, media, and culture.

Who You Are
2–3 years of strategy planning experience in a reputed advertising or integrated communications agency.
MBA from a premier institution or a leading business school.
A natural storyteller who can translate research into compelling narratives.
Comfortable balancing analytical thinking with creative imagination.
Someone who enjoys asking difficult questions and finding unexpected answers.
