Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
Identify recent business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare proposals,



negotiate with prospects, and close deals.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and ensure regular follow-ups.
Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, or Lead Generation.
Proven experience selling web development, software development, mobile applications, or digital marketing services.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and outbound prospecting.
Ability to build relationships, manage the sales cycle, and close business.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
