We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior UX Designer to drive the creation of intuitive, engaging, and impactful digital experiences.

This role is responsible for leading end-to-end user experience design activities across complex products and platforms, translating customer needs and business objectives into compelling product experiences. As a key member of a cross-functional product team, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define, design, validate, and optimize experiences that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
5-9 years of experience designing digital products in an agile, fast-paced environment
Robust portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design process and measurable business impact
Proven experience conducting and applying user research
Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping
Advanced proficiency in Figma and other UX design tools
Skills in translating complex business requirements into int
