Job Description

Oversee the complete hospital billing operations including OPD, IPD, Emergency, and Corporate billing.
Ensure accurate and timely billing in compliance with hospital policies and insurance guidelines.
Handle TPA, insurance, corporate, and cash billing processes.
Monitor billing accuracy, revenue leakage, and implement corrective measures.
Coordinate with clinical, finance, and front office teams for smooth billing operations.
Manage billing audits, MIS reports, and monthly revenue reconciliation.
Resolve billing discrepancies and patient billing queries efficiently.
Ensure compliance with NABH standards and statutory billing requirements.
Lead,



train, and supervise the billing team to achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills

Solid experience in Hospital Billing Operations.
Hands-on experience with TPA, Insurance, Corporate, and Cash Billing.
Knowledge of NABH standards and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and hospital billing software.
Experience in a reputed Multi Speciality Hospital is mandatory.
