Role Description The Presales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role involves working closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design solution architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations.
The Presales
Engineer will prepare proposals, respond to RFPs and RFQs, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AV, AI, and security solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical evaluations, supporting proof-of-concept implementations, addressing customer queries, and providing pre-sales technical support throughout the sales cycle.
The role also covers maintaining up-to-date product and industry knowledge to guide customers on best-fit solutions.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid Presales and Sales skills to support solution design, presentations, and opportunity closure.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills to handle technical queries, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Candidates should possess Integration skills to design and validate end-to-end solutions across AV, AI, and security platforms.
- Candidates should possess Security domain knowledge to understand surveillance technologies, security architectures, and compliance needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in audio-visual, AI, or security and surveillance solutions, preferably in a presales or customer-facing technical role.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and travel to customer locations as required.
