Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Expert with 10+ years of experience delivering scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, customization, configuration, and system integration, combined with development skills using .NET, JavaScript, and AngularJS. This role requires a proven track record of technical leadership, agile delivery, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to take full ownership of solutions from design through deployment.

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and integrations across multiple business domains.
- Manage and deliver solutions and strategic business projects, coordinating across multiple Agile squads.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to gather, groom, and assess requirements.
- Work closely with QA, UAT, and Regression teams to support testing phases and ensure timely defect resolution.
- Support production operations, including handovers and root cause analysis (RCA) for critical production issues.
- Mentor junior team members, resolve technical issues, and deliver platform/domain training sessions.
- Design and implement custom entities, plugins,



workflows, business rules, and web resources within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and middleware using REST APIs, SOAP and WCF.
- Build and maintain the applications using C#, .NET, AngularJS and JavaScript.
- Design performance dashboards, custom order journeys, and role-based access solutions to support business operations.
- Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, sprint planning) to ensure high-quality, iterative delivery.
