JUNIOR / PRESALES ANALYST

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a driven and detail-focused Analyst at either Junior or Presales Analyst level to join our expanding Presales team. You will work closely with senior presales consultants and solution architects to support pursuit activities, craft compelling proposals, and help translate client needs into winning solutions. This is an excellent chance for someone eager to build a career at the intersection of business, technology, and client engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposal & RFP Writing

· Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs by preparing structured, well-articulated proposal documents

· Research and compile relevant case studies, solution summaries, and capability content

· Maintain and update the proposal content library and bid repository

· Support proposal formatting, proofreading, and final submission packaging

Client Presentations

· Develop visually engaging presentation decks for client pitches and solution walkthroughs

· Support senior presales members during client meetings and stakeholder briefings

· Assist in preparing executive-level briefing materials and solution showcases

Requirement Gathering

· Participate in discovery calls and requirement workshops with clients

· Document business needs, pain points,



and functional requirements clearly

· Coordinate with internal teams (delivery, technical, product) to validate feasibility

Solutioning Support

· Assist in designing solution outlines and blueprints aligned with client requirements

· Research industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to strengthen proposals

· Support the creation of value propositions and ROI narratives for client pursuits

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in IT / Computer Science or a related field

· Good to have: MBA degree, APMP Foundation Certification (CF APMP)

· 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in Digital / AI.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

· Ability to understand and articulate technology solutions in business language

· Strong research, documentation, and analytical thinking skills

· Domain knowledge on digital transformation, and AI/automation trends

· Basic understanding of enterprise software, mobile/web applications, AI and automation

· Willingness to travel to client locations as needed for requirement workshops, site visits, and stakeholder meetings

· Ability to effectively utilize AI tools to support day-to-day presales activities such as research, documentation, and proposal preparation.
