Job Title: Premier Relationship Manager – Wealth / Retail Banking

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced, high-performing Premier Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. You will serve as a trusted financial advisor, offering personalized banking, wealth management, and investment solutions to meet client financial goals and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Portfolio Management: Actively manage and nurture relationships with HNW and Ultra-HNW clients to retain and expand their wealth portfolio.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard potential High-Net-Worth clients through local networking, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Financial Advisory: Assess clients' financial profiles, investment objectives, and risk tolerance to offer tailored wealth management, investment, and insurance products.
- Cross-Selling & Cross-Penetration: Deepen existing client relationships by cross-selling premier banking products, structured products, mutual funds, insurance, and foreign exchange services.
- Portfolio Health & Retention: Ensure high customer satisfaction, timely query resolution, and periodic portfolio reviews to maintain high retention rates.
- Compliance & KYC: Adhere strictly to internal risk policies, regulatory standards,



anti-money laundering (AML) guidelines, and KYC compliance norms.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, or Retail Banking handling HNW/Premier client portfolios.
- Key Skills:
- Strong understanding of wealth products (Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Income, PMS, Structured Products).
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze market trends.
- High ethical standards and target-driven mindset.
