: Pre-Sales Team Leader

Location: Saligramam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 5-7 Years

Salary: Rs. 35,000 – Rs. 45,000 per month

Role & Responsibilities:

- Lead, train, and manage a team of Pre-Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Make outbound calls to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial construction projects
- Monitor team performance - calls made, leads generated, appointments fixed, and conversion ratios
- Coach team members on calling scripts, objection handling, and lead qualification techniques
- Assign leads, set targets, and ensure proper follow-up and CRM updates by the team
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly reviews, and 1-on-1s to improve team productivity
- Understand customer requirements and provide first-level consultation on company services and projects
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth lead handover and campaign execution
- Prepare and present daily/weekly reports on team performance, lead pipeline,



and feedback to management
- Implement strategies to improve lead quality, response time, and appointment rates

Requirements:

- 5-7 years experience in Pre-Sales / Tele-Sales, with minimum 1-2 years in a Team Leader / Senior Executive role
- Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or B2C services industry preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil. Hindi is an added advantage
- Strong leadership, training, and people management skills
- Target-oriented with proven track record of meeting sales/lead generation targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle pressure
- Must be able to work from Saligramam, Chennai office
