Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Pre Sales role based in Coimbatore.

The Pre

Sales professional will engage potential customers, understand their property requirements, and present suitable residential and commercial project options. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, preparing sales proposals, and supporting the sales team with lead qualification and follow-up.



The role involves maintaining accurate records of prospects, coordinating with internal teams for updated project information, and providing timely, transparent communication to customers.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
- Presales and Consulting capabilities to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate property solutions.
- Analytical Skills to assess customer requirements, interpret market information, and prioritize leads.
- Basic knowledge of real estate concepts and local Coimbatore property market trends.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain organized records of customer interactions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email, and office productivity software.
- Prior experience in real estate sales or presales is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field preferred.
