We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to join our team and support our sales and project teams in preparing technical and commercial submissions for Audio-Visual (AV) and technology projects.
The role is primarily on-desk and involves preparing offers, BOQs, tender submissions, technical documentation, and coordinating internally to ensure timely submission of proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare technical and commercial offers based on client requirements.
Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quotations.
Study tender documents and prepare tender submissions as per specifications.
Prepare compliance statements, technical submittals, and other tender-related documentation.
Work on AutoCAD drawings and make necessary modifications as required.
Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation using MS Office.
Coordinate with sales, project, procurement, and technical teams for pricing and technical inputs.
Research and identify suitable products/models based on project specifications.
Ensure proposals and tender documents are accurate and submitted within deadlines.
Maintain records of quotations, tenders, BOQs, and related documentation.
Required Skills
MS Office – Mandatory
AutoCAD – Mandatory
Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to read and understand technical specifications and drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Candidates with experience in AV / ELV / IT / Automation / Electrical / MEP pre-sales will be preferred.
Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or a related field.
Freshers with positive AutoCAD and MS Office knowledge may also apply.
