Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare customer quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.

- Develop accurate Bills of Quantity (BOQ) based on project requirements.

- Generate cost sheets and pricing calculations using advanced Excel functions.

- Coordinate with vendors to obtain product pricing and technical information.

- Support the sales team with technical documentation and pre-sales activities.

- Draft qualified emails and maintain effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

- Maintain knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, Networking, and Structured Cabling.

- Assist in lead generation by identifying potential customers and maintaining sales databases.

- Ensure timely submission of quotations while maintaining accuracy and proper documentation.

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma, ITI, or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering,



Electronics & Communication (ECE), or a related field.

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

- Experience in quotation preparation, BOQ creation, and cost sheet generation.

- Good understanding of ELV systems and components.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to business growth through quality pre-sales support and lead generation.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
