Role Description The Pre-primary School Teacher will plan and conduct engaging, child age-appropriate lessons that support nursery, early childhood development and basic learning skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Preparing and delivering lesson plans
- Conducting interactive classroom activities
- Monitoring and assessing student progress
- Creating a caring, inclusive and safe classroom environment
- Working with colleagues and school leaders to follow the Real World Curriculum and the school’s academic standards




- Communicating regularly with parents and guardians
- Maintaining records of student learning and development
- Taking part in school events, training programmes and professional development sessions

This is a full-time, in office position based in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

- Strong teaching skills and experience working with pre-primary students
- Knowledge of early childhood and elementary education
- Ability to prepare child age-appropriate lesson plans and learning activities
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with students, parents, colleagues and school leaders
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred
- Nursery teacher training or pre-primary teacher training will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage a group of young children and support their social and emotional development
- Basic knowledge of educational technology and classroom learning resources
- Previous experience in a CBSE school or a similar structured school environment will be beneficial
