The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate, with strong architectural and leadership skills. Key Skills:

- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) scalable, responsive design

- Dataverse – advanced data modeling, security, and integration

- Power FX – complex logic and expressions

- Power Automate – advanced workflows and automation

- ALM – CI/CD, DevOps, solution packaging

- Custom connectors, PCF components, error handling

Responsibilities:

- Lead design and delivery of Power Platform solutions with Dataverse as the core.





- Develop scalable Power Apps and complex Power Automate flows.

- Implement and enforce Dataverse security and best practices.

- Drive ALM strategy and manage deployments.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams; mentor junior developers.

- Stay updated on latest Power Platform features.

Experience:

- 8+ years in software development, 5+ years in Power Platform

- Proven delivery of enterprise-scale Power Platform projects

- Solid understanding of Agile/DevOps

- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
