Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Poultry Sales Executive role based in Namakkal.

The Poultry Sales

Executive will manage and grow customer accounts, promote poultry feed and related products, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. Daily responsibilities include visiting farms and distributors, understanding customer requirements, recommending appropriate product solutions, and providing basic technical support related to poultry nutrition and management. The role involves negotiating pricing within company guidelines, preparing sales reports, monitoring competitor activities, and coordinating with internal teams for order processing and timely deliveries.

Executive will also participate in local marketing activities, product demonstrations,



and customer training sessions to strengthen brand presence and customer relationships.

Qualifications

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills, with the ability to achieve targets and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Basic understanding of poultry farming practices, poultry nutrition, or animal husbandry, with the ability to learn product and technical details quickly.

Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain product benefits in a clear and practical manner.

Ability to work independently in the field, manage time and territory efficiently, and handle multiple customer visits and follow-ups on a daily basis.

Comfort with documenting sales activities, preparing reports, and using mobile or computer-based tools for basic data entry and communication.

Preferred educational background in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Business, or a related field; relevant field sales experience in poultry or agribusiness is an advantage.

Willingness to travel within the Namakkal region and nearby areas, with a valid driving license if required for local travel.

Preference of Basic English

Willing to travel
