Required Skill Set
Experience in Onboarding of Applications with full technical integration
Experience in integrating HR Systems, Active Directory and other Target Applications
Should have worked on at least 2-3 SailPoint ISC/IDN implementations
Should have 1-2 years of development experience on any programming language
Should have in depth understanding of SailPoint ISC/IDN components, its Architecture and configuration in standalone and clustered mode.
Should have good experience of enablement of Virtual Appliance & configuration of SailPoint ISC/IDN
Should have ability to implement technical solution which meets all functional/nonfunctional requirements with very less customization at the product level.
Should be able to lead overall SailPoint ISC/IDN product configuration and implementation
Should be able to develop workflows, custom connectors,
out of the box SailPoint ISC/IDN configuration.
Should be able to integrate enterprise or in-house developed applications with SailPoint ISC/IDN
Should be able to configure account access recertification/delegation in SailPoint ISC/IDN
Should be able to customize SailPoint ISC/IDN user interfaces as per business needs
Should be able to generate standard or customize reports as per business needs
Should have performed a lead role in experience
Should have valuable understanding of Operational processes
Should have performed client-facing roles in past
Should have worked with any international client in past
Experience in Sailpoint Identity now is preferred
Good experience in managing client relationship
