EXTERNAL JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Purpose

• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of
contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that
this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
• He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with
Asian Paints.
• He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries,
training, site evaluation or on-site technical assistance, and any other
relevant requirement.
• Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in
the region.

Business Responsibility Areas

• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory /
unit
• Enroll adopted contractors for required set of training programs, evaluate
their on-site proficiency




• Pitch new products and ensure new products training and product usage
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with Asian
Paints
• Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier
hierarchy
• Ensure site evaluation & in office assistance for adopted contractors
• Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.

Qualifications

• Essential –
• Full time (Regular Day Course) Graduation in any discipline with Min 50%
Marks
• Engineers will not be considered

Desired - MBA Marketing

Previous Experience

• Essential
• Fresher will also be considered
Desired
• Work experience in related area of 0.5 - 1 years would be preferred
