The role Sr. Demand Planner of Key account for Crocs, Inc is responsible for driving accurate, actionable demand plans for key customers by integrating sell-out trends, partner inventory, order books, and merchandising strategies. The role acts as the planning anchor between Merchandising, Commercial, Supply Planning, and Key accounts What You'll Do

Drive accurate sell-in revenue plans by translating sell-out forecasts and partner inventory, Customer Orders for continuous improvement in Key Account Planning processes, including adoption and effective use of o9 planning solutions.
Manage in-season demand execution, including replenishments, edits,



and cancels based on projected inventory and sell-through.
Communicate regularly with key customers to review performance, forecasts, inventory health, and future opportunities.
Maintain solid working relationships with key account partners, Merchandising, Commercial, and Supply Planning teams.
Track partner inventory levels, OTB, sell-through, and order bookings to ensure end-to-end supply chain health.
What You'll Bring to the Table

BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in demand planning, key account planning, commercial planning, or sales & operations planning within retail/FMCG.
Background knowledge in Power BI and Power Query, with the ability to model, transform, and analyze large datasets • Strong understanding of seasonal merchandise planning across pre-season and in-season horizons.
